Can I book a service without signing-up?
Yes, but only Tutoring, Private classes and Conversation rooms. In the other hand, to do Courses, you will need to create and account by signing up.
What is the difference between the group services āwith FRIENDSā and āwith STRANGERSā?
The main difference is that in the āwith FRIENDSā services you can only book with friends, and no one else can book. In contrast, in the āwith STRANGERSā services you can book with friends, but other students you do not know can also book. If in the āwith STRANGERSā services a minimum number of 2 students is not reached, the booking will be cancelled and students will have to book another date and time.
How can I book a āPrivate class with FRIENDSā or a āGroup Conversation room with FRIENDS"?
To book a Private class with FRIENDS or a Group Conversation room with FRIENDS, one of the participants must pay for all the attendees. The others can pay back the student who paid for all the attendees using mobile apps for paying online.
Is it possible to cancel a service booking?
You will not be able to cancel a reservation from the services Tutoring, Private classes and Conversation rooms. YOu can reschedule your services ONLY 48 hours before the start of the booked service. Once the reservation of the service is dated in less than 48 hours, you will not be able to reschedule it, which means that you will miss the service if you do not attend. The NO cancellation option is made so that El profesor Pepe does not work in a class that is going to be cancelled, making it wasting his time.
What payment options are available to buy a service?
In El profesor Pepe, you can make payments using credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
