What is the difference between a group service “with FRIENDS” and a group service “with STRANGERS”?
La principal diferencia es que en los servicios “con AMIGOS” puedes reservar sólo con amigos y nadie más puede reservar. Por el contrario, en los servicios “con DESCONOCIDOS” puedes reservar con amigos pero también pueden reservar otros estudiantes que no conoces. Si en los servicios “con DESCONOCIDOS” no reservan un número mínimo de 2 alumnos, la reserva será cancelada y los alumnos deberán reservar en otra fecha y hora.
How can I book a “Private lesson with FRIENDS” or a “Group Conversation Room with FRIENDS”?
To book a Private lesson with FRIENDS or a Group Conversation Room with FRIENDS, one of the participants must pay for all the attendees. The others can pay back the student who paid for all the attendees using mobile apps for paying online.
Can I cancel the reservation of a service?
You will not be able to cancel a reservation from the services Tutoring, Lessons privadas and Conversation roomsYou can reschedule your services ONLY 48 hours before the start of the booked service.Once the reservation of the service is dated in less than 48 hours, you will not be able to reschedule it, which means that you will lose the service if you do not attend.
